Led by certified professionals in the area of child psychology & parent counselling, evolve is the Preschool that can arm your kids with the tools needed to further enhance cognitive skills in their early development stages using the Active Participatory Learning Method.

Through Active Participatory Learning Method, children and adults learn best through hands-on experiences with people. The principle - validated by decades of research - is the basis of the High Scope approach to teaching and learning adopted for the first time in Egypt by evolve Preschool.

To be ensured that our quality of service is optimum for our kids we worked on four domains when we started building evolve, the four domains are as following:

1- The premises:

The place facilities: Class rooms, Art area, Reading area, pretend play area, Dining room, Media room, Gymnastic hall, outdoor playing area, 7 bathrooms, Family counseling services office.
The place Safety:

- All the spaces are supplied by monitoring system and observed continuously.

- You can monitor your kid by yourself wherever you are through our mobile service that permits you to view our cameras through your smart phone.

- The adult: kid ratio:

To ensure our kids safety we were very keen in determining the adults: kids ratio according to the worldwide standards as follows:

- Baby class adult: kids ratio is 1:3

- Sparrows class adult: kids ratio is 1:5

- Preschool class ratio is 1:8

The place hygiene:

- All our staff (nannies, helpers, cookers) made full lab investigations to ensure that they are free from any transmitted diseases.

- All the nannies, helpers and cookers are obligated to wear their uniform and their crocs inside the premises only to be changed before leaving the place and wearing it when arrive to work.

- Every evolve kid has his own sleeping cot with his/her name wrote on it to prevent any kind of infection transmission.

- Weekly physician visit to check on the staff and kids for any transmitted diseases.

2- Staff:

A- Top management:

Mrs. Madiha Rassmy: Mrs. Madiha is one of the shareholders, she has a great experience in managing intentional nurseries and KG schools for 15 years in K.S.A and UAE.

Dr. Mohga Rassmy: Dr. Mohga is the Owner of the idea and one of the shareholders as well, she is a consultant pediatrician worked for 20 years as a physician and she is the one who is monitoring the medical department and ensure the staff hygiene. She is also exist continuously to treat any medical emergency problem with our kids.

Menna Dakroury: Dr. Menna is a child psychiatrist, certified parent educator and child psychotherapist as well. She got double master’s degree one from Faculty of medicine Ainshams University in neuropsychiatry and the other is in counseling psychology from Presley University, California, USA. She is the executive manager for evolve, she is supervising the implementation of our psychology based high scope curriculum.

Dr. Menna now is a freelancer consultant child psychotherapist in more than one reputable nurseries and preschools in Cairo.

B- Teachers:

All our teachers obtain a child psychology course in dealing with kids provided by our executive manager Dr. Menna Essam Dakroury.

C- Nannies, helpers, and cookers:

They are well trained and have a great experience in dealing with kids, cooking and cleaning in more than one nursery.

3- Services provided:

a- Nursery and preschool from 3 months age till school age.

b- Working hours from 8 am to 4 pm with early one extra hour availability from 7 am and 2 late extra hours from 4 pm to 5 pm and from 5 pm to 6 pm.

c- Transportation to 1^st settlement, 5^th settlement, and Rehab City areas with possibility to open transportation to Nasr city and Zahraa El Maadi areas.

d- After school program from 2 pm to 5 pm with an availability for extra hour from 5 pm to 6 pm.

e- Saturday’s day care program fees counted per hour.

f- Psychology based scheduling for weaning and potty training.

g- Family counseling and Parenting session’s center.

4- Curriculum:

evolve Nursery and preschool is implementing high-scope curriculum by covering the child’s holistic development in the following areas:

1- Mental Development:

Covered in our scheduled academic hour by providing the following High-scope subjects: Mathematics, Literacy and science.

2- Physical development:

Covered by implementing the high scope physical development program through our movement and gymnastic classes, plus the close monitoring of our kids growth curve and the development of their milestones.

3- Psychological development:

Personality and character building is one of our kids development corner stone, that’s why we are strictly implementing the high-scope social studies curriculum as well as social and Emotional development program.
