Faculty of Science was founded in 1946 with the enactment of Law No. 33 of 24 April 1946, which requires the annexation to the Fouad I University (Cairo University), and Dar Al uloom, in the beginning in 1871 to the body of the school system under the rubric of "school House of Science".
