Mission:

The mission of HiLL ToPPERS Childcare Center is to provide a quality early childhood programs and services for the infants, toddlers, pre-school and school age children. Our aim is to enhance the growth of a child as an individual within a co-operative, child-centered environment. We foster the social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth of the child. We promote individual freedom within a structured framework. This provides the children with the opportunity to make choices, to respect themselves and the rights of others and to understand that their input into decision making is valued and respected. All HiLL ToPPERS Academy children are equally encouraged and enabled to develop their interests and talents in a world in which staff represent the best efforts and hopes of the community they serve.

Our programs provide developmentally appropriate activities in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment that aims to provide:
• A commitment and sensitivity to children.
• The knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed in the field of early childhood education.
• A commitment to a continuous process of educating, training and developing our staff with appropriate aspects of children education.

Our program is committed to encouraging children from various backgrounds to be respectful, responsible, caring, and honest individuals in their society. Our mission is aligned with the overall goal that staff will devote their efforts to improving the lives of children in the broadest sense, realizing that children’s mental and physical growth varies. Our staff believes that enhancing the lives of children within this context will ultimately nurture competent citizens for our country.

Vision:

We at HiLL ToPPERS Academy aim to be children’s home away from home! We are keen to maintain a warm, relaxed, caring atmosphere, where children feel secure, happy and loved. We always strive to take the family’s divers needs into consideration. We exert all our efforts to stimulate and intrigue children, encouraging their natural curiosity and desire for learning. The all-encompassing goal is for the children to achieve a strong sense of accomplishment, independence and self-esteem.
